Stop paying for clicks. Start paying for customers.
Google Ads should be the most predictable way to make the phone ring. For most local businesses it is a monthly bill nobody can explain. We rebuild it around one question: what did each booked job cost?
- You own the account
- Every call tracked
- Month to month after setup
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Gemini
- Meta
Most Google Ads accounts are not broken. They are leaking.
We open a lot of accounts. The same six problems show up again and again, and every one of them can be fixed.

Broad match eating the budget
Loose keyword settings show your ad for searches that will never become a customer. Jobs, DIY tips, free advice, wrong cities.
Calls nobody is counting
If the account only tracks clicks, Google optimizes for clicks. Calls, forms, and booked jobs need to be measured or the system learns the wrong thing.
Money spent outside your service area
Default location settings can include people who are only interested in your area, not in it. That is spend with no chance of a job.
One landing page for every search
Someone searching for an emergency repair and someone pricing a remodel land on the same homepage. Both leave.
Ads running while nobody answers
Paying for calls at 9 PM that go to voicemail is the most expensive mistake in local advertising.
Reports that hide the real number
Impressions and click through rate look busy. The only numbers that matter are cost per lead, cost per booked job, and share of search.
Know exactly how much of your market you own.
Google already measures how often your ad shows when customers search, and why it does not the rest of the time. Most owners have never seen that number. It is the first thing we put in front of you.
- Search impression shareThe percentage of eligible searches where your ad actually appeared.
- Lost to budgetCustomers who searched after your money ran out for the day.
- Lost to rankCustomers who saw a competitor because your ad quality or bid was too low.

Every part of the account, built to produce calls.
Search is where most local budgets should start. Everything else gets added only when it earns its place.
Search campaigns
Tightly grouped keywords by service and intent, with phrase and exact match, built from what your customers actually type.
Local and Maps placements
Location assets and local campaigns so your business can appear on Google Maps and in local results when people are nearby.
Performance Max, used carefully
Only when the tracking is clean enough to feed it. We set brand exclusions and asset groups so it does not just resell your own name to you.
Remarketing and YouTube
Stay in front of people who visited and did not call. Short video and display placements, capped so they do not follow anyone forever.
Negative keyword control
A living list of searches you never want to pay for, reviewed from the actual search terms report, not guessed once at setup.
Call and conversion tracking
Call tracking, form tracking, and Google Analytics 4 conversions, so every dollar is tied to a lead you can pick up the phone and verify.
The same budget. A very different account.
- Broad keywords, few negativesThe ad shows for anything loosely related to your trade.
- Clicks reported as successNobody can tell you which ad produced which customer.
- Set it and forget itThe account was built once and checked when the invoice went out.
- Reports full of jargonYou get a PDF, not an answer.
- Exact intent, reviewed weeklyPhrase and exact match by service, with search terms read every week.
- Calls and booked jobs trackedSpend is tied to real leads you can verify by name and number.
- Budget follows what booksMoney moves toward the services and hours that turn into revenue.
- One page, one call, every monthCost per lead, share of search, and what we are changing next.
From leaking account to predictable calls.
No long onboarding. Tracking comes first, because nothing else can be measured without it. The goal is simple: more calls like this one, at a cost you can plan around.

Scale what works
A short report built around calls, cost per lead, and share of search, plus a call with the person running your account.

You talk to the person doing the work.
Sam Habib has worked in search and paid media for more than ten years, managing Google and Meta budgets for brands from their first ad to national scale. Your account is not passed to a junior team or a reseller.
Start with the audit. Decide after.
Every engagement starts with a free audit, so you see the problems before you spend anything. Pricing is set after the audit, based on the size of the account and the work it needs.

Every dollar should trace to a call. Most accounts cannot show you that.
Questions owners ask before they start
Still not sure? Ask. You will hear back from the person doing the work.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
It depends on your market, your services, and how many jobs you can handle. We look at real cost per click data for your keywords and your city, then recommend a starting budget you can afford to test with. You set the budget and you can change it any time.
Is the ad spend included in the management fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own account, on your own card. Our fee is separate. You always own the account and the data, even if you stop working with us.
How fast will I see calls?
Search ads can start producing calls within days of launch, because they show to people already searching. The first few weeks are about learning which searches book and which do not, so expect cost per lead to improve over the first two to three months.
Do you lock me into a long contract?
We prefer month to month after an initial setup period. If the work is not paying for itself, you should not be stuck with it.
What is share of search and why do you report it?
Google tells you what percentage of eligible searches your ad actually appeared for, and why you missed the rest: budget or rank. It is the clearest way to see how much of your local market you own and how much is going to competitors.
Should I run Google Ads or Local Services Ads?
Often both. Local Services Ads appear first and bill per lead, but only certain categories qualify and you get fewer settings to work with. Google Ads lets you choose keywords, pages, and services. We usually start with whichever one fits your category and budget, then add the other.
I tried Google Ads before and it did not work. Why would this be different?
Most failed accounts we see have the same problems: broad keywords, no call tracking, and one landing page. Before we change anything we show you exactly what went wrong, so you can judge for yourself whether it is fixable.
Who will actually manage my account?
The work is done in house and you get a direct line to the person running it. Nothing is handed off to an anonymous team you never meet.
